Samenvatting: Ultrasound anatomy and filler spread in tissue
Continuous anatomical pathways connect the deep fat of the temple and midface by dynamic transitions from uni-laminar to multilaminar fascial layers as they approach and cross over the zygomatic arch. In uncompromised tissue, ultrasound anatomy reveals that the deep fatty layers filler spread is not confined to the injected tissue layer, but follows directions dictated by the fascia and retinacula.
